Gennadiy Vasyukov

Gennadiy Vasyukov is co-founder and managing partner of the company.

He specializes in financial, tax and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Experience:

Practical operational experience includes many years of work (about 10 years) in senior positions in the
state tax service. Last position – vice chairman of the Audit Committee of the State Tax Administration in
the Zaporozhye region.
From 2006 to 2011 headed the legal department and was a member of the Supervisory Board of the largest
alcohol industry holding of Ukraine - the company "Khortytsya".
During the period of his work in the company and under his direct leadership have been carried out major
projects such as:
- Purchase of cognac industry leader of Ukraine – Odessa Cognac Factory (TM "Shustov);
- The project on attraction of the credit from Credit Suisse of 100 million dollars is realized;
- Legal restructuring of group of companies of Holding is carried out;
- Legal Department of Trade House "Megapolis" (Russia) is created from scratch.
From 2010 he has been a practicing lawyer.

Institute of State and Municipal Administration of Zaporozhye.
Higher legal and economic education.
The National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (Kiev).
PhD of Public Administration. Author of the thesis "Providing a financial autonomy of local self-government".
